New series

So many programmes back on the air this week I'm not sure that I can keep track. I've just about caught up with the eps of Stargate SG1 and Atlantis that I recorded before Xmas but now there's even more to watch. Last night saw the return of Sea of Souls which was cool. I'm sure there's something on tonight (apart from the E4 repeat of new ER), Life on Mars tomorrow night as well as Paul McKenna Can Make You Thin (might as well give it a shot) then Battlestar Galactica & SG1 on Tuesday, Atlantis on Wednesday & ER on Thursday. Not to mention the final two episodes of Lost on Channel 4. Um, its not that I've not got a social life or anything...

I'm still awaiting a brand spanking new pair of Doc Martens I ordered online over a week ago. I finally got an email that the order had been processed on Thursday and that it would reach me the next day (probably) but they're still not here. Hope the weather holds off for a little while longer. I've also ordered In a Glass Darkly by JS Le Fanu from Amazon since I couldn't get it in Waterstones. Its a collection of ghost stories that I heard about on one of those documentaries over Xmas. MR James (Victorian ghost story writer) was a fan of his and I'm sure I've read something of his before & really enjoyed it so I ordered the book. Should reach me in about 6 months...

I've also bought three more CSI books to fuel my addiction. Well, its not like I've got any new eps to watch.

I enjoyed the first two episodes of Invasion last night. Looking forward to Life on Mars this evening.

I so very nearly watched Invasion last night but decided my sci fi viewing for the week would reach critical mass and implode.

Or something... ;)
